Help Us Help You Faster

If you're reporting an odd result, a few details save several back-and-forth emails.

  • Browser and version — Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, and roughly how recent.
  • Operating system — Windows, macOS or Linux, since driver behavior differs.
  • Mouse make and model — especially for polling rate or DPI database questions.
  • What you expected vs. what you saw — the specific numbers, not just "it seemed off".
We typically reply within a few days.
